Services

The Sony Optical Archive Services Group provides a full range of services that cover delivery, installation, and lifecycle support.

  • Delivery services coordinate receipt of system modules at the customer site, module de-crating and unpacking, disposition of packing materials, and transfer to the data center position. (White Glove Delivery)
  • Integration includes a full assembly of the system modules, initial test and burn-in, followed by assistance making connection to customer facilities and network.
  • Warranty support comprises software and hardware lifecycle services including technical support, parts availability to meet customer agreed "service level agreements" (SLA), and incident labor support ranging from dedicated onsite Sony Optical Archive labor to the training of customer technicians.
